About Reaching Higher

Reaching Higher is the Utica Community Schools' plan to improve student achievement. The plan serves our students by defining the skills they need to succeed in a global society, identifies what programs and services must be offered to succeed in a global society, develops specific timelines, and adopts methods to assess our success.

Digital Citizenship

Utica Community Schools is launching a new partnership between home and school to reinforce positive digital citizenship skills among its students. The district has made the commitment that as more technology is introduced, there will also be a focus on teaching responsible digital citizenship.
