Jeannette's staff is dedicated to providing educational opportunities in which all students can be successful.

Jeannette is committed to providing a safe learning environment that emphasizes the importance of respect and responsibility.

Jeannette encourages parental involvement and appreciates the support of the community.

Our counseling department provides a variety of educational and support programs to meet the needs of our adolescents.

Our media center has a wide variety of resources that support instruction. Its available technology helps students access information as well as process and present the gained knowledge.

Jeannette offers a wide variety of after school programs for students.

Jeannette has begun the process necessary to receive North Central Accreditation.

Jeannette has a sister school in Japan and the bi-annual visits provide our students with an opportunity to learn more about Japanese culture.

Students in our academically talented program took top honors in Battle of the Books as well as in several other categories.

Our Patriot yearbook received Gold Medalist honors from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association.

A number of student authors and artists had their work appear in national publications. Several students received recognition in various essay contests.

Our band and orchestra as well as individual students received first division ratings in MSBOA festivals.

Students participate in the Math Counts program through Lawrence Institute of Technology.

Our Science Olympiad team placed sixth in county competition.

Social studies students participated in the Detroit 300 project as well as Social Studies Olympiad.

Students participate in several Michigan Interscholastic Forensic Association competitions.

A team of students participates in Ford Motor Company's Future City competition.

Our students have been successful in Michigan Industrial Technology Education competition as well as the Model Boat Regatta on Belle Isle.

Our athletic teams have been successful in competition and our student athletes have represented Jeannette with pride.

Our life skills classes and student council coordinate a number of community service projects to benefit our community.
