  • Oakbrook focused on writing skills throughout the year.
  • Students and staff reached out to the community through projects such as the Salvation Army Bed and Bread Program and Martha T. Berry Christmas Donations.
  • The physical education program supported the Hoops for Heart Program.
  • Valentines were sent to Veterans.
  • A food drive, sponsored by the Kiwanis, was held during the month of November.
  • Oakbrook students competed in the Math, Science and Social Studies Olympiads.
  • Oakbrook's parent group, Oakbrook Family Tree, is a vital force at our school. Family Tree enhanced education and promoted community atmosphere.
