Privacy Statement

The Privacy Statement contains information about the ways Utica Community Schools and the UCS website gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a user’s data and personal information. It is meant to inform a website user about what is collected, and what is done with it.

Use of Personal Information

Utica Community Schools does not collect any personal information unless it is voluntarily provided by an employee, student, or visitor by sending an email, participating in a survey, or completing an online form. When a user submits personally identifiable information it is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection.

In the case of a student’s personal information, Utica Community Schools will seek the consent from the student and/or parent/guardian depending on the circumstances.
