The window to purchase Device Insurance closed on September 6th, 2024. A list will be kept in the main office and if insurance is to be used, parents will be contacted via the email address(es) found in PowerSchool.

Student Device Insurance Plan and Cost

Students/Families who did not purchase device insurance will receive an invoice for the cost of repair if the student brings a damaged device to our attention.

Any questions regarding damaged devices, fees, or anything related to the laptops and chargers, can be addressed by Mrs. Suhy in our Media Center.

Each student receives a device charger to use with the laptop deployed to them. The chargers are numbered and signed out to each incoming student.  This is the only charger that is to be used with the UCS device as the device is UCS owned. 

There is a $38 Charger Replacement Fee that will be applied to the Powerschool account if a student damages or loses it.  Chargers are not covered by Device Insurance.  

All Davis students receive an ID at picture day(s).  All students MUST have their Student ID on them AT ALL TIMES! Especially during passing time, at lunch, and when requesting a hall pass. 

It is very important that students understand and respect this district policy. 

Their first ID is at no charge.  Replacement for lost or damaged ID's are $5 and Davis lanyards are $3 each.  Fees are added to your PowerSchool accounts.  Students are welcome to buy their own lanyard if they choose.
