Student Athlete Wellness Fair

What?
For the second year in a row, Utica Community Schools is providing a mini fair/workshop that addresses the mental, physical and nutritional health of student athletes.
Nutrition, physical health, and mental health are considered the three main pillars a student athlete should follow. At this event a past graduate of Henry Ford II High School, Chris McDonald, a free agent with the New England Patriots, will share his journey through sports and what it took to get him there.

Wednesday, January 21st
Beginning at 6:00 p.m. (expected completion 7:30 p.m.)

All interested families are welcome at this free event. Multiple interactive booths and booths for each of the three pillars of focus (nutrition, physical health, and mental health) will be offered.
Agenda
6:00-6:30 p.m. - Speaker, Chris McDonald
Athletes and their families will listen to the speaker and then will be released to go to the booths after.
6:30 -7:30 p.m. – Interactive Booths
At this time athletes and their families will be able to go to the booths and talk to the representatives about information regarding student athletes and the three pillars.
