Utica Community Schools students earned nearly 30 top awards in this region’s premier student art competition.
UCS students earned gold and silver keys and honorable mention for video, animation, photography, sculpture, fashion, and drawing and illustration in the 34th annual Scholastic Arts competition for southeast Michigan and the Thumb area.
The students will be honored at a ceremony on Monday at the Detroit Institute of Arts.
