Utica Community Schools

Utica's Center to Network for Employment and Community Transition (UCNECT) is a post-secondary transition program for young adults ages 18 to 26 with mild cognitive impairments.

At UCNECT,  the main focus is to develop important life skills for independent adult living. Our curriculum and daily activities, facilitated by a team of teachers, paraprofessionals and job coaches, teach daily living skills, provide various employment experiences and vocational training, and help students understand and use appropriate social skills in school and out in the community.
